RealtyGenius.ae offers real estate management solutions available through monthly and annual subscription plans. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of our services with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription Plans: RealtyGenius.ae offers both monthly and annual subscription plans.
• Payment: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. You authorize RealtyGenius.ae to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
• Renewal: Unless canceled, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period.

5. Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services until the end of your current billing cycle.
• RealtyGenius.ae reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms of Use or for any other reason deemed necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on RealtyGenius.ae, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of RealtyGenius.ae and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

RealtyGenius.ae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to the Terms of Use

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
